FAVORITE JEWISH HOLIDAY RECIPES FROM KHL MEMBERS

Roneet's Hamentaschen recipe:

 

Please post the recipe (a lot of people asked for it)
1/2 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 Tbs milk
1 tsp vanilla

2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
fillings of your imagination
 
cream sugar and margarine
add egg, milk and vanilla-mix
add flour, salt and baking powder-mix. add flour if too sticky
chill in fridge for 20 minutes
roll on floured surface
cut into circles (3" diameter is good)
put 1 tsp filling
pinch edges into triangle
bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 for 10-15 min (or until it is the browning to your liking
share and enjoy!!
